Work continues on site at Prospect Lane

The redevelopment of the house at Prospect Lane continues on site despite the very cold weather.  The roof is on , and once the scaffold can come down the windows will be in.  Externally the plywood will get its Zinc finish and then the work will concentrate on the interior.

The project is being delivered by Cunney Construction.  CoARC are acting as Contract Administrators.  This is one of two sites where we are CA and Cunney Construction are on site with us at the moment.
