Setting hydraulic lime mortar for the new stone work and the tranquil beauty of this month’s heavy snowfall don’t mix well and so progress on the masonry has been interrupted.  Despite the freezing conditions, the hardy souls on site have continued with the groundworks.  Photos taken on the first day of the snowfall with only a relatively light scattering.
