We were pleased to receive approval from Bromsgrove and Redditch planners today for this single storey extension to a late C20 detached house in Astwood Bank near Redditch.  The design for this project has been developed by CoARC.

The proposal is to reorganise the back of the house to create a garden and west facing aspect for an extended kitchen, dining and living room.  The clients were keen for the incorporation of Crittal fenestration to the rear, the incorporation of sky lighting and expressed brickwork inside the new accommodation.
