A pleasantly short end of defects list, one year from completion in Belbroughton.  This small project had all the aspects of a complete house refurbishment, but on a smaller scale.  Envelope overhaul and repair to achieve thermal requirements, new ground floor, and floor and wall tanking, new first floor structural timbers and steel, new staircase, new bathroom and kitchen fittings, new doors and fenestration, replaced roof (reusing the tiles), new underground and above ground drainage, new water supply and of course new electrics, flooring and decoration.  A projects entry has been added (at last) to the website where there are a few more images.
