A recent visit to the house in Stratford showed things moving along nicely with some excellent execution of the building detail. Expected practical completion is now November, with hopefully some photos of the completed house.
The converted Victorian ‘garage’/coach house nears practical completion any day now with some minor items to finish and allow the owners to move in their belongings and set up the additional accommodation. Again some excellent work by the contractor with neatly completed work and good attention to detail and finish. The building’s external fabric ties in really well with the conservation area setting and already is settling nicely into its context. The significantly renovated and improved interior on the other hand blending fresh new finishes and details with some remaining period structure.
Some photos to follow soon hopefully for both of these projects.
